Jungle Bird


2 ounces dark rum
¾ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 ounce Jalapeno Lime Siren Shrub or Tart Cherry
¾ ounce Campari
2 ounces pineapple juice

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, until well chilled. Strain into a glass with ice and garnish with a peel of lime or a healthy handful of fresh mint.
