The Frosted Pineapple

¼ cup loosely packed mint leaves
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
1 ounce Jalapeno Lime Siren Shrub
¾ ounce lime juice
2 ounce cinnamon tea, strongly brewed
1 ounce pineapple juice
3 ounces ginger beer

Directions:
Muddle ginger, mint, lime juice, shrub, tea, pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain into a glass with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
